My name is Matt and I have been a chef for about 10 years. I am self-taught, having worked my way through several diverse cookbooks. I have taught cooking classes to children and adults, had my own catering business, and have been head chef at a gourmet grocery store in Columbus Ohio. I love to constantly try new foods, whether by cooking them myself or enjoying them at a restaurant. There is nothing I like more than celebrating food with other people.
